For cancellations within 24hrs of travel may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the cost of the booking.
On rare occasions, services can be subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Should a cruise not operate for any reason passengers will be offered an alternative day of travel or a refund will be authorised. A change of travel date can be made to your booking without incurring any cancellation fee.
The minimum age for scuba diving is 12 years. Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from diving.

Please note that once booked and paid for, 100% cancellation fees apply.
Jungle Adventures:
Jungle Surfing is an all-weather activity and continues to operate in wet conditions.
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure.
10% cancellation fee for all other cancellations, in addition to any cancellation fee charge by booking agent.
Under extreme weather conditions, if operator cancels tour, a full refund is available.
Tasmanian Hikes:
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Guests canceling their tour up to 8 to weeks prior, a full refund less the tour deposit [$500] will be refunded. If guests cancel a tour less that 8 weeks up until the pre-booked departure date, no refund will be given.
If guests wish to transfer their booking to another date this can be done up to 8 weeks prior only.
Should a participant/guest need to leave a tour once it has commenced, due to a medical emergency or any other reason, no refund, partial or in full, will be given.
Should Tasmanian Hikes have to cancel a tour due to lack of numbers, guests will be given 14days notice.
If we can’t offer you an alternative tour that would suit you, we will refund your payment in full less a 5% administration fee. The 5% administration fee is 5% of the tour cost.
Tasmanian Hikes reserves the right to vary, cancel or postpone a tour due to unsafe conditions such as severe weather, floods, bush fires or sudden track closures. We reserve the right to cancel a tour, in whole or in part if it is necessary to do so due to a force majeure event.
Tasmanian Hikes strongly recommends that suitable travel insurance be purchased by the traveller to cover any financial loss, due to your own cancellation, or if Tasmanian Hikes has to cancel a tour. Tasmanian Hikes will not be responsible for your travel expenses or losses arising from a cancellation.
We also strongly recommend that comprehensive travel insurance be taken out against loss of baggage or any medical expenses.
Kookaburra Showboat Cruises:
Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee; there will be no refund for any cancellation within 21 days of your Cruise Departure date & time.
Cruises are subject to minimum numbers.
Go Ride a Wave:
Cancellation (within) between 48 hours – 7 days prior to lessons will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellation (within) less than 48 hours prior to program will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
A full refund will be given if lessons are cancelled due to weather/ surf conditions.
Rottnest Fast Ferries & Tours:
All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.

All cruises are subject to tide, weather conditions and minimum number of passengers and may be changed without notice due to conditions of the day. We reserve the right substitute vessels and or skippers and crew and shall not be liable for death/injury to any persons or loss or damage to property due to person’s negligence. Should a cruise be cancelled due to tide and or weather conditions, a seat on the next available cruise will be offered or a full refund will be given. However should a guest cancel, the following cancellation fees apply: 24hours in advance - no fee; Less than 24 hours or failure to board - no refund given.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Brisbane:
Cancellation fees of 50% may apply when a booking is cancelled with between 72 and 24 hours notice. Cancellation fee of 100% may apply for a tour cancelled within 24 hours of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on.
Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
