All tours/cruises are weather and number dependant. (Reschedule or refund).
No refund available for cancellations or changes within 72hrs of tour departure.
The operator reserves the right to refuse entry, substitute the vessel and change the day’s itinerary and pricing without notice.
Sunrover Tours:
Cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel your tour with less than 48hrs notice then a fee of 100% may be applied.
No Show (failure to collect tour tickets) / We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of the tour ticket to you by making the tour ticket available at the pick up point for you to collect. If for any reason you are unable to collect all or part of your tour tickets purchased from us we are unable to refund your purchase.
If the tour is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by any event outside of the control of the tour operator then refunds shall be at the tour operator’s absolute discretion. If the tour is cancelled for any other reason, we will refund to you the tour ticket price exclusive of all booking and delivery fees. We do not refund the booking or delivery fee because we have provided you with the service you paid for- the booking and delivery of the tour ticket has been completed.
The Rock Tour:
100% if the Tour is cancelled within 24 hours of departure. 50% if between 24-48 hours. 25% at all other times.
Vagabond Cruises:
Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential.
•Child rate = 5-14 yrs
•Concession rate = Australian seniors/pensioners & full time students
•Family rate = 2 adults + 2 children
•Full payment is due on booking
•There is no refund for no shows
•Tickets & monies are non-refundable & non-transferable unless the cruise is cancelled
•A 3% credit card fee will apply if you have paid by AMEX/DINERS credit card
•Your ticket is valid for the day of the booking only
•Please arrive at departure point 15 minutes prior to departure time
•Surcharge will apply on Public Holidays
•Special Cruises, Prices and Terms & Conditions apply for 25th, 26th & 31st December & 26 January
Mike Ball Dive Expeditions:
If a passenger cancels their booking with notice of less than 90 days, they forfeit 30% of trip fee. If notice is less than 30 days, they forfeit 100% of trip fee.
If the tour operator is forced to cancel the trip due to adverse weather conditions, passengers will receive a credit for future travel with the same tour operator, or a refund equal to 85% of the trip cost.
Autopia Tours:
Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
